Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer with strong experience in electronic manufacturing.The RoleAs Senior Electronics Engineer, you'll take responsibility for the full lifecycle design of RF systems - from concept through to production. You'll be hands-on with circuit design, PCB layout, prototyping, and validation. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys problem-solving and working in a multi-disciplinary lab environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop RF-based electronic systems from concept to productionSupport existing product enhancements and lifecycle improvementsSchematic capture and PCB layout using Altium or CadstarDefine and review multilayer PCB layoutsCollaborate with engineers across disciplines to test and validate designsEnsure compliance with industry standards and Health & Safety regulationsPerform failure analysis (DFMEA/FMECA) and design for reliability (MTBF)Essential Skills & ExperienceDegree in Electronic Engineering or similarStrong experience in analogue and digital circuit designExtensive background in product development and electronic manufactureProficient in Altium or Cadstar for schematic and PCB layoutExperience with FPGA/DSP hardware designSkilled in PCB testing, fault finding, and debuggingKnowledge of DFMEA/FMECA and reliability engineering practicesMust have or be able to obtain UK Security Clearance (British Passport required)What's on Offer25 days holiday + bank holidaysMatched pension contributions up to 6%Life assurance & employee assistance programmeOn-site restaurant & free parkingIncentive and recognition schemesDiscounts on a wide range of goods and services
