Are you ready to drive your career forward?We’re recruiting Flexi/Bendi Forklift Drivers for an Afternoon Shift with a leading automotive manufacturer in Newbury. This is a full-time, permanent role offering stability, excellent earning potential and a clear shift pattern You’ll be an essential part of a high-performing warehouse team, working in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities. Weekly attendance bonus – get rewarded for showing up and contributing No break deductions – you’re paid for your full shift Overtime available – paid at a premium rate Permanent night shift – no rotating shifts to worry about Static Shift Available: 14:00pm – 22:00pm start Monday to Friday 39hrs per week Pay per hour Duties Required: Operated FLT to pick, pack, load, and unload products and materials. Moved and stacked stock for storage or shipment, ensuring safe transport to production areas. Inspected and maintained machinery, reporting damages and deficiencies as required. Completed inventory checks, activity logs, and associated paperwork. Ensured compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and maintained a clean, orderly workspace. Parked and secured all vehicles at the end of each shift. Qualification & Skills Required: Flexi/Bendi Forklift Licence required. Previous experience working in a Production or Warehouse environment is required. Physically fit due to nature of work.
