This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Associate (3–5 PQE) to join a highly regarded Trade & Energy Disputes team in London.The practice is at the forefront of complex international disputes, acting for some of the world’s largest commodity and natural resources companies. The work is broad and intellectually stimulating, spanning trading disputes, international arbitration, and commercial litigation, alongside advisory matters touching on sanctions, compliance, anti-bribery, and corruption issues. The team also handles sensitive government-related disputes, including acting both for and against sovereign states in contractual and investment arbitrations.The successful candidate will be working closely with market-leading practitioners, gaining direct exposure to high-value international matters and major energy and resources clients.The ideal profile: 3–5 years’ PQE from a leading international or UK firmSolid experience in international arbitration and/or commercial litigation, ideally with exposure to energy, commodities, or international trade disputesStrong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skillsCommercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approachExperience in sanctions, public international law, or compliance would be advantageousThis is a rare chance to take on a truly international practice within one of London’s leading disputes teams.
