SEN Teacher – Secondary ASD SEN Teacher (Secondary ASD) – Start ASAP Location: Slough Contract: Full-time, Long-term/ Permanent Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and committed SEN Teacher to join our growing Secondary ASD provision. We are a specialist setting dedicated to providing high-quality education and meaningful support for neurodiverse students. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of secondary-aged students with Autism Spectrum Disorder Use a variety of communication approaches and sensory-aware strategies to support student engagement Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral teams to create a positive and structured learning environment Track progress and maintain accurate records in line with EHCP targets Build strong, trusting relationships with students, families, and colleagues Person Specification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) Experience working with students with ASD, ideally in a specialist setting Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills Creative, adaptable, and patient approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills Benefits to YOU: Excellent rates of pay Speedy registration process & fast-track compliance.
