Job Title: Permanent Occupational Therapist – Private HospitalLocation: Wakefield Pay Rate: £38,000 per annumAbout the Role: The Priory Group is looking for a registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation and recovery for men with mental health issues and support those with neuro-cognitive disorders, including dementia and challenging behaviors. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will provide rehabilitation and recovery support to men experiencing mental health challenges, as well as those with neuro-cognitive disorders such as dementia and behaviours that challenge. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess needs, develop care plans, and promote independence and well-being. This includes safeguarding responsibilities, emotional support, and helping individuals access community resources. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and contributing to service improvement through reflective practice and ongoing professional development.
