Due to continued growth, we are seeking reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their delivery team based in Leamington Spa (CV34 6TS).The Role:As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for multi-drop deliveries of boxed chickens and farm produce to independent butchers and wholesalers. This is a hands-on role requiring good customer service and safe handling of goods.Key duties include:* Operating a HGV Class 2 vehicle with tail lift, electric pump truck, sack barrow or hand pump.* Delivering farm produce to predominately butcher shops.* Breaking down pallets and handballing boxes (10-20 boxes per customer depending on orders).* 10-15 drops daily; regular routes with butchers often located on the same street.* Delivery areas include local routes as well as major towns such as London, Bradford, Birmingham ant the and surrounding regions.* Occasional cash collections (approx. 10% of deliveries).* Ensuring all tacho regulations are followed, including a 45-minute break.Shift Pattern & Hours:* Monday to Friday* Start time: 06:00* Typical finish between 16:00 - 17:00* Flat hourly rate for all hours worked.Requirements:* Valid C (HGV Class 2) driving licence* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card* Previous multi-drop experience preferred* Good customer service skills* Physically fit and comfortable with handballing boxes* Reliable, punctual, and professional
