This award winning RIBA Chartered consultancy is known for delivering thoughtful and sustainable designs across a wide range of sectors, including residential, education, healthcare, heritage, commercial, and leisure developments. With a strong track record spanning many years, the practice has earned a reputation for its collaborative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to quality. Their projects range from bespoke housing and large-scale residential masterplans to complex regeneration schemes. ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate and coordinated technical drawings and detailed working drawing packagesDeliver high quality construction detailing with a strong understanding of materials and methodsSupport the residential project team across all RIBA stages, from concept to completionUpdate and amend drawings as projects evolveLiaise closely with clients, consultants, and contractorsEnsure all work complies with current UK Building RegulationsAttend site visits to review progress and address technical issuesWork independently, managing your own workload and meeting project deadlinesAbout YouUK based practice experience essentialStrong technical knowledge, particularly within residential design and detailingExcellent communication and coordination skillsExperience producing construction packages for housing developmentsAble to provide examples of recent work (within the last 6–12 months)This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-quality residential projects, collaborating with talented designers and technologists in a supportive, design-led environment.
