This will be a busy and demanding role that requires someone with a wealth of experience. They are looking for a proactive, confident and hardworking individual who can come in and effectively organise the Executives desk. WHAT YOU WILL DO As the Executive Assistant you will support the Head of Creative, working closely with them to ensure their time is efficiently coordinated. Complex diary management Travel coordination Presentation preparation Recording meeting minutes Prepare, format, and proofread documents for client meetings Keeping the contact database up to date with client details WHO YOU ARE The successful EA will have an acute attention to detail with excellent people skills. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience working as an EA within a creative environment is essential Experience working in film or TV is a bonus Able to prioritise and multitask effectively Able to work with discretion and confidentiality  Tiger is B Corp Certified.
