They are seeking a proactive and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join their dynamic team.About Our Client: Our client is a well-established company providing top-notch grounds maintenance services across various locations. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality work and maintaining excellent customer relationships.About the Role: As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will work alongside an Operative to complete a scheduled programme of works to specification. Your role will involve leading and developing your team, managing customer expectations on-site, and ensuring the effective use of commercial grounds maintenance equipment.Key Responsibilities: • Delivering a scheduled round of works. • Effective management of customers' expectations on-site. • Leading and developing your team. • Carrying out horticultural and grounds maintenance tasks. • Use and maintenance of commercial grounds maintenance equipment. • Ensuring the van is loaded with the correct kit and sundries as required for the day.Requirements: Essential: • Proven horticulture knowledge and experience. • Proven experience in grounds maintenance. • Ability to use and maintain a variety of commercial grounds maintenance equipment. • Strong communication skills. • A practical mindset and physical fitness to handle job requirements. • The means to get to and from work independently.
