From AI-powered development tools to cutting-edge cloud architecture, this Software Development team are investing in innovation to deliver smarter, faster, and more secure innovative solutions. 🚀 About the Role: As a Senior Software Developer, you'll: Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using the Microsoft stack (C# .NET, Azure) Drive front-end development to deliver intuitive and visually engaging user experiences Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the team Collaborate with product, design, and architecture teams to deliver elegant, maintainable solutions Apply DevOps best practices to streamline the delivery pipeline Present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role while staying hands-on with the code. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: A Senior or Lead Software Developer with: Deep expertise in C# .NET and Azure Modern Front End Application Development with Blazor or React  A strong focus on UI/UX, with a belief that great design elevates functionality A passion for clean, efficient, and maintainable code An appreciation for Agile and Scrum methodologies Experience mentoring others and leading by example A curiosity for emerging tech like AI development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) Most importantly, you thrive in a collaborative environment where fresh thinking is encouraged, and you want to help build products that people genuinely enjoy using. 💡 Why Join Us?
