Job description Job Title: Level 3 Teaching AssistantLocation: NorthamptonSector: SEN School Start Date: September 2025Contract Type: Full-TimeSalary: £90- £100 per dayHere at Aspire People, we are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a specialist SEN school in Northampton starting in September 2025.As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored learning and emotional support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs. Your contribution will play a vital role in helping our students achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:* Supporting pupils in both one-to-one and small group settings* Assisting with the planning and delivery of learning activities* Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion* Supporting personal care and mobility needs where required* Working collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and familiesThe Ideal Candidate:* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)* Has experience working in an SEN or mainstream school setting* Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Is committed to the safeguarding and well-being of all pupilsWho are Aspire People?
