Join a team where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything they do. As the NPD Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of new product development (NPD) and existing product enhancement (EPD) projects. This is a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, innovative products to market, from initial concept all the way through to launch. Projects will range from brand new innovative launches to simple packaging or artwork changes. You’ll work alongside another Project Manager and have administrative support. The role involves: Managing NPD & EPD projects: Leading projects from concept to launch, ensuring all milestones are met within agreed timelines and budgets Stakeholder management: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and suppliers, to deliver projects successfully Artwork and packaging management: Coordinating the artwork process, ensuring packaging meets regulatory requirements and reflects brand values Problem-solving: Anticipating and addressing potential challenges, ensuring projects run smoothly Innovation: Contributing ideas for new product concepts and improvements to existing products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs What you’ll need: Proven experience in NPD project management, ideally within the food industry. A keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to artwork, packaging, and regulatory compliance Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges, with the ability to keep projects moving forward This is a full-time role that requires you to be in the (really lovely) London offices at least 3 days a week.
