Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Associate/ Senior Associate - Birmingham

Their expanding litigation team are seeking a Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join them as a Senior Associate and take on an engaging caseload of contentious commercial work.

The Role

Based out of the firm's growing Birmingham office, you will have the opportunity to support national clients with their most complex and engaging commercial disputes.

Acting on interesting, Multi Track, cases, you will enjoy a broad variety of litigation work including business disputes, landlord and tenant cases, shareholder disputes across a broad range of sectors.

The Partners within the team are some of the sharpest commercial litigation professionals in the region and will be a massive support to the furthering of your legal career.

You will be a core member of this experienced, friendly team and will have ample career progression opportunities in addition to receiving support to develop professionally.

The Candidate

Has 4+ years of experience working in Commercial Litigation Experience managing your own caseload as well as supporting partners in high value matters Commercial focus with attention to detail and organisation
