Over the last 5 years the business has evolved their offering and diversified their product portfolio to deliver high end products to their customers. A highly collaborative and passionate brand, the UK turnover circa £75million and are a household name.The business is looking to appoint an experienced Retail Finance Business Partner.Job DescriptionManage and oversee the financial planning and analysis processes to support decision-making.Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts and reports to senior management.Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse financial data.Identify and communicate key financial insights to drive business performance.Support budgeting and long-term strategic planning processes.Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.The Successful ApplicantA successful FP&A Manager should have:A strong background in Accounting & Finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.Relevant professional qualifications, such as ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent.Proven expertise in the retail industry or a similar sector.Proficiency with financial modelling and analysis tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.A proactive approach to improving financial processes and systems.What's on OfferCompetitive salary between £80,000 and £85,000.Attractive 15% bonus scheme.Permanent position within the retail industry.Opportunities to work in an established and large organisation.Comprehensive benefits packageHybrid working - 3 days in officeIf you are ready to take the next step in your career as an FP&A Manager, apply now to join this exciting team in the retail sector
