We’re supporting a specialist autism setting in Sunderland that’s looking for reliable, warm-natured TAs who can be available at least three days a week through our Guaranteed Work Agreement.What your week will look like: Supporting autistic pupils with communication, sensory routines, and structured learning Helping pupils settle into predictable, calm activities Using visuals, simple communication tools, and clear routines Working across different classes depending on need Being part of a friendly team that genuinely appreciates steady, reliable support What we need from you: Must drive and be able to travel across Sunderland and nearby areas Fully cleared: DBS, references, right to work Comfortable with SEND, especially autism and communication needs Happy to take morning calls and respond quickly Positive, patient, and calm under pressure What you’ll get through Protocol Education: Guaranteed three paid days every week Weekly PAYE pay Free SEND CPD, including Autism and Thrive training A consultant who actually checks in Opportunities to move into long-term roles within the school If you want dependable work and a chance to build strong relationships in a brilliant SEND environment, apply today.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
