Requirements: - Proven experience managing retail fit-out or refurbishment projects. - Strong understanding of construction programmes and site logistics. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification required. - Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the South East.
