They are looking for a new member for their Short-Term Assessment Team. Benefits of the role: Hybrid working available Diverse caseload Supportive team Responsibilities: Conduct assessments of service users’ needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Develop tailored intervention plans and set measurable goals. Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Provide crisis intervention and empathetic support to clients. Work towards independent living outcomes for service users.
