Night Auditor

Jamsan Hotel Management is opening a new hotel in Chelmsford. Home 2 Suites by Hilton and we are looking hire an energetic Night Auditor full-time or part-time. If you like to work the 11pm to 7am shift, this is an opportunity for you to grow your career in the Hospitality Field.Essential Functions:- Audit, balance and report on all food and beverage outletes (restaurant, lounge and banquets). operations to include but not limited to over/short figures/tally sheets, deposits, house charges.- Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to, room charges, phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges.- Run night audit final after insuring all revenues are in balance nightly- Perform the duties of the Front Desk Agent including express check outsQualification Standards:- Education/Experience: Any combination of education, training, or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.- Grooming: Must present a professional image. All employees must show up to work with a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance as per Company's guidance and brand specific standards.Physical Requirements:- Must be able to walk a total of 8 hours in a night.- Must be able to lift 30-40 pounds- Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, grasp, push and pull.- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time- Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
