This is a unique opportunity to lead compliance for a growing, high-profile brokerage operating across multiple regions. About the Role:As Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that the firm operates in line with all FCA regulatory requirements. You will report directly to the board and senior leadership, taking ownership of the compliance function and shaping policies and procedures across the business. This is a senior role with the ability to influence strategic decisions in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as the SMF16/17 Senior Manager Function for the FCA-regulated entity Oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures Ensure the firm adheres to all regulatory obligations and reporting requirements Provide guidance and support to senior management and business teams on compliance matters Manage regulatory relationships and act as primary contact with the FCA Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing compliance team Requirements: Proven experience as a Head of Compliance or senior compliance professional in an FCA-regulated financial services firm Demonstrated knowledge of UK financial services regulations, particularly FCA rules and guidance Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to operate at a strategic level while ensuring operational compliance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join: Be part of a global brokerage with a growing presence in multiple regions Influence compliance strategy at a senior level Work within a supportive, high-performing leadership team Competitive compensation package
