This role focuses on recruitment within the Social Care, Healthcare, Childcare, and Education sectors. It’s an exciting opportunity to take over an existing desk and further develop it, with strong potential for career progression within the company. What the Role Involves This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you’ll be involved in every stage of the recruitment process. The desk you’ll be managing already has existing business, so you’ll be stepping into a role with momentum. Your focus will be on maintaining and expanding that business, building relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a high standard of service.
