Part-Time Commercial Property Lawyer – Milton KeynesNewstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Part-Time Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful and well-regarded firm of solicitors operating across Milton Keynes, Caddington, and Tring. This part-time position offers flexibility and is well-suited to someone returning to work or seeking to wind down while still contributing at a high professional level. Handle your own caseload of commercial property work. Advise clients on leases, acquisitions, disposals, auction sales and purchases, bridging loans, and option agreements. Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents to a high standard. Give practical, commercial legal advice based on each client’s needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, reliable communication. Essential Skills & Experience Qualified solicitor with solid experience in commercial property law. Good working knowledge of all main commercial property transactions. Able to manage a mixed caseload confidently and independently. Experience supporting, guiding, or mentoring junior team members. Strong skills in communication, drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving. Well-organised, flexible, and able to prioritise work when busy.
