IntaPeople are proud and excited to be appointed to recruit a Senior Software Developer for a Welsh-based not-for-profit sector client on an exclusive venture. This is a very exciting opportunity to join their fast-growing Digital team in this newly created position due to growth. As a Senior Software Developer, you will work alongside the Software Development team in the delivery of key projects as well as providing support and coaching for more junior developers to support their development. Responsibilities; You will lead the development of maintainable code through conducting code reviews You will collaborate with stakeholders and solution architects to understand business plans and strategies You will work within the Software Development team to develop the companies new and existing software platforms You will create and maintain technical documentation using the appropriate business tooling About you; You will have proven experience in designing, developing and maintaining complex software systems You will have a solid understanding of modern development practices and technologies You will have solid experience with; C#, .Net , Azure, PowerApps  You will have previous experience of collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements What you’ll get in return (at a glance); A salary of circa up to £51,000 28 days annual leave + public bank holidays A flexible working environment Competitive Legal and General pension Scheme (8% contribution) 4 x Death in service Free Rail travel throughout Wales The opportunity to work on modern and industry changing projects Salary sacrifice scheme such as – cycle to work, electric vehicle To be based in their brand new, modern offices 2-3 days per week with the wider team in Pontypridd A chance to truly contribute to large scale digitalisation projects within Wales  For more information click APPLY now or for a confidential chat call Nathan Handley on 02920 252 500.
