Your newpany Join a leading global financial institution driving regulatory transformation and innovationacross markets.Your new role As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll deliver enhancements to MiFID II Producternance. You’ll shape policies, processes, systems, and controls throughout the product lifecycle, ensuringpliance and operational excellence.Gather and analyse business requirements, liaising with Legal andpliance.Perform gap analysis and propose solutions.Documenternance, reporting, and policy changes.Improve BAU processes and controls.Conduct data analysis and support UAT.Assist the Project Manager with PMO standards, tracking deliverables, and preparing materials forernance forums.What you'll need to succeed 10+ years’ Business Analysis experience in Investment Banking.Proven track record in MiFID II Producternance implementation.Strong regulatory project delivery skills from interpretation to BAU handover.Ability to work with Front Office, Legal, andpliance teams.Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Nice to haveKnowledge of FCA Consumer Duty, PRIIPs, and MiFID II Investor Protection.BA qualifications.Familiarity with large banking environments and systems architecture.What you'll get in return Lengthy contract through to the end of 2026.Hybrid working (3 days a week/2 days remote)
