Skills & Experience Required: · Minimum 2 years’ experience of handling motor OR property claims from ‘cradle to grave’ · Experience of credit hire negotiations and a technical insurance knowledge and understanding including that of, repair, capture, intervention, 3rd party & property damage, and claims processed involving the MOJ and OIC · A genuine desire to engage in future learning opportunities and continuous professional development · Strong customer service, and communication skills both written and verbal · A proactive approach and enthusiastic attitude Please be advised that this role is 100% remote, therefore applicants must be comfortable and at ease working from home.
