Social Worker - Through Care Team£32.70 per hourNorth East37 hours p/wHybridAbout the role:We are looking for two skilled and motivated Social Worker to join a Permanence Team in a non-case holding capacity, focusing on progressing discharge of care orders and Special Guardianship Order (SGO) conversions.
