Contract Full Stack Developer (AI/LLM Focus)Day Rate: £ - £/day (Flexible Depending on Experience)Initial Term: 6 months (Possibility of Extension)Location: Windsor, UK (Hybrid)Opportunity OverviewWe're seeking a full stack developer with strong frontend expertise to join an innovation-driven project team. This role will be hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions that incorporate AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). You'll be working on proof-of-concepts, rapid prototypes, and production-ready features in a collaborative, agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality full stack solutions with an emphasis on React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Contribute to AI/LLM projects including RAG, prompt engineering, and GenAI system development.Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate AI into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.Build PoCs and prototypes in short innovation cycles.Develop cloud-native applications using AWS or Azure, containerisation, and CI/CD pipelines.Apply software engineering best practices in secure, regulated, or enterprise environments.Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong frontend capability with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.React expertise (SvelteKit knowledge is a plus).Recent, hands-on AI/LLM development experience - ideally involving prompt engineering, RAG, or GenAI systems.Proven track record in PoC delivery, rapid prototyping, and agile sprints.Cloud-native development (AWS or Azure), containerisation, CI/CD.Experience working in regulated industries (energy, finance, healthcare, telecoms, etc.).Desirable AttributesExposure to innovation teams, startups, or experimental product environments.Personal projects or initiatives showcasing creativity and innovation.Experience with data visualisation, semantic search, or digital twins.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Why Apply?Work on high-impact AI/LLM projects in a forward-looking team.Hybrid working with flexibility.Competitive day rates (£-£/day, potential for more for standout candidates).Opportunity to extend beyond the initial 6-month term.Next Steps:If this sounds like your next contract, please send across your tailored CV highlighting your frontend capability, recent AI/LLM involvement, and PoC delivery experience.
