Graduate Tutor – Trainee Education Role Graduate Tutor – Trainee Education Role Milk Education is looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious graduates to join schools as Graduate Tutors. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to support pupils’ academic progress and confidence. If you’re a recent graduate looking to gain meaningful school-based experience, this role is the perfect stepping stone into teaching, educational psychology, or wider pastoral and academic support roles. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 and small-group tutoring sessions to pupils who require additional academic support. Support learning in core subjects such as English, Maths, or Science (based on your strengths). Help pupils develop study skills, fill knowledge gaps, and build confidence. Adapt resources and tailor support to meet individual learning needs. Track pupil progress and communicate effectively with teaching staff. Build positive, supportive relationships with students, encouraging motivation and resilience. Requirements: A degree obtained within the last 3 years, with a minimum 2:2 classification. A strong academic background and confidence delivering subject content. Passion for supporting young people and raising attainment. Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply. Full training provided — no tutoring experience necessary.
