Foreman - Water

Your newpany You will be joining a Tier 2 contractor working on a major water framework in Oxfordshire. This contractor has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector, and they are currently working on clean water and wastewater schemes. Due to project growth, they are looking to onboard a Freelance Foreman.Your new role Foreman responsibilities: Supervise labour, plant, transport and equipment on site for up to 3–5 gangs. Ensuring that operations are carried out in a safe mannerManage and ensure all types of groundwork work to the required specification, standard and on time, as directed by Site Management.Carry out briefings to ensure teams are aware of the required risks.Having a full understanding of construction, on-site rules and regulations, works information including specifications and drawings.What you'll need to succeed CSCS CardSSSTSExperience within the Water industry - Ideally civil-based/ deep drainage.What you'll get in return Long term contractAccess to Hays Temporary worker benefits.
