Due to continued growth, a new opportunity has arisen for a talented Management Accountant to join their team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, analysing performance against budget, and supporting strategic decision-making.Key responsibilities include:Producing monthly management accounts Performing balance sheet reconciliationsPreparation of group VAT returnProviding regular functional analysis Assisting with the year-end audit processesSupporting budgeting and forecastingEnsuringpliance with internal financial controlsMaintain general ledger integrity and ensurepliance with accounting policies Monthly reconciliation of intepany transactions across the groupThis is an ideal opportunity for a candidate looking to take their next steps in career development with a truly fantastic team and culture.The office ismutable from Ambleside, Ulverston, Keswick, Windermere, Kendal etc.What you'll need to succeed AAT qualified, working towards a relevant qualification or QBE candidates are all consideredProven experience in a similar roleGreat interpersonal andmunication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAn aptitude for IT – knowledge of intermediate Excel and accounting systems essentialHigh attention to detail and organisational skillsWhat you'll get in return Annual Salary up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.Full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday 9-5pm, 1 hour lunchPension Scheme – 5% employers’ contributions, min 3% employeeProfit share bonus scheme Full-time on site during probation period, option of hybrid working thereafterStudy support and career development with qualified mentorsHealthcare insurance scheme and regular social events3 paid days a year to volunteer and support localmunitiesOn-site gym facilities with various weekly activitiesTransparent / collaborative team with on-site CEOOn-site café with employee discountsAn office with a view – stunning newly renovated office space with spectacular views of the Lakes
