Your newpanyI am working with an excellent Practice based in Swansea - they are seeking someone with Audit experience who can manage a process from end to end.This is an excellent opportunity for any newly qualified auditors who are looking for a more flexible environment, or someone from a smaller firm looking for a bigger challenge. To add to this, there are opportunities for someone to progress to manager level and higher, due to the organisation encouraging internal promotion.Your new roleHeavily involved in thepletion of audit fieldwork/planned substantive and analytical audit procedures, normally on site at client premisesResponsibility for the planning andpletion of audit assignments, whilst ensuring audit files have appropriate and sufficient documentationPrepare statutory financial statements from client data and highlight high level risk areas or matters of concern to the Partner/Manager whilst using a significant degree of your own judgementPlanning the execution and finalisation of the audit assignments for Partner/Manager reviewBegin to take ownership of your own portfolio with support from your managerSupport in delivering revenue and profitability targetsBegin to develop enduring client relationships What you'll need to succeedWorking knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAPACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualifiedExperience of auditing clients within a variety of industriesExperience coaching and mentoring junior membersWhat you'll get in returnHybrid way of workingBirthday leaveCycle to work Scheme25 plus Bank HolidaysFree Eye TestsRetail VouchersFree ParkingPaid Sick LeaveEnhanced Maternity and Paternity leave
