Thames Water is currently hiring for an Area Network Manager to join our North London Network Team.Lead and manage field operations to ensure the safety, performance, and efficiency of both Thames Water teams and contractor resources.You’ll oversee the delivery of critical operational activities within your designated area or function, maintaining high standards of service and minimising customer impact.What you’ll be doing as an Area Network Manager? Lead the control and audit of site activity, ensuring the safety of the team, contractors and other third parties through the consistent application of company's Health & Safety policy.Lead, manage and develop staff.Deliver operational performance through the performance management of staff. (Thames Water and contractor)Meet and exceed tight financial targets while maintaining quality.Deliver increasing levels of customer experience.Base location: Hybrid – Hammersmith - W6 9RS.
