Director of FP&A & Regulatory Reporting - £150,000 - £170,000 + £11K car + bonus Due to recent acquisition and restructuring, a South West based Group are looking for a high-calibre leader to join as Director of FP&A & Regulatory Reporting, a key role at the heart of the Group Finance function.This is a hybrid role with only 2x days required in the office per week in Exeter.Package: £150,000 - £170,000 + £11K car allowance + bonus + 10% pension + 30 days holiday + bank holidays + wider benefitsThe Role: Financial Strategy Meets Regulatory InsightThis is a rare opportunity to take a truly integrated leadership role across the Group. You'll oversee the activities of their specialist Strategic Planning, Reporting, Regulatory Finance, and Revenue teams - bringing together all strands of performance, planning and regulatory reporting into one coherent, high-performing function.Your mission: to create a trusted "single version of the truth" that drives insight-led decisions, underpins strategic planning, and ensures they stay ahead in a highly regulated, rapidly evolving sector.What You'll Be Responsible ForOverseeing the Reporting team to deliver insightful monthly reporting, budgeting and forecastingImproving MILeading the Regulatory Finance team, ensuring strong integration with wider finance, regulatory and operational teams, and full understanding of financial regulatory impactsDriving the continuous development of our Strategic Planning & Financial Modelling capability - enabling accurate, agile, and forward-looking decision-makingPartnering with the Group Financial Control team to implement consistent corporate accounting policiesSupporting audit processes and ensuring high standards in all reporting disciplinesEnsuring a strong culture of performance management, team development and succession planningActing as a key voice for Finance at senior leadership and Executive level - communicating with impact and clarityWhat They're Looking ForProven experience in leading FP&A and financial strategy at Group levelExperience of redesigning reporting suites and improving MIExperience working within large, complex businessesAbility to develop strategic models and support long-term investment planningExceptional communication skills - able to present complex financial insight to executive and board audiencesA passion for translating data into action and improving business performanceRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
