Responsibilities Perform inspections on materials, equipment, and on-site construction/installation activities. Verify welding parameters, consumables, procedures (WPS/PQR), and welder qualifications. Review and confirm suitability of welding equipment, pre-heating, heat treatment, and repair processes. Ensure all inspection and testing documentation is accurately collected, verified, and filed for as-built records. Raise and document non-conformance reports where required, and support corrective actions. Monitor subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with approved QC/Inspection Test Plans. Maintain adherence to Quality Control Plans and ensure all relevant documentation is obtained and properly recorded. Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Welding QC Inspector within the Oil & Gas or similar heavy industrial sector. Certifications: CSWIP 3.1, AWS, or equivalent. Technical Skills: Proven background in welding inspection and Quality Control processes. IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft .
