Newly created Tax Manager positionCorporate Tax & International Tax responsibilitiesAbout Our ClientOur client are a leading employer in Cardiff and across the UK. They provide excellent products and services to their customers globally.Job Description· Help manage the Group's entire tax function globally.· This involves providing commercial tax support and advice to various business units.· You'll also offer insights into the overall tax position, applying an in-depth knowledge of international tax issues and risks.· Part of your job is to manage tax risks sensibly across all jurisdictions and transactions, including those related to WHT, VAT, corporate tax and employee mobility.· Ensuring compliance with all types of taxes.· You'll be essential in supporting the implementation of effective policies that help mitigate tax risk and exposure.· Your role will include assisting in the oversight of the group's transfer pricing policy, making sure it's applied consistently throughout.· We'll rely on you to maintain strong tax governance across the group, ensuring local finance teams follow the group tax policy and meet deadlines.· You will support every aspect of tax delivery, especially for group and UK subsidiary audits.· It's important to build and manage positive relationships with tax authorities and external tax advisors.The Successful ApplicantA successful Tax Assistant Manager should have:A professional qualification in tax or accounting (e.g. CTA, ACA, ACCA).Proven expertise in handling Corporate tax compliance and advisory work.Strong knowledge of UK tax regulations and legislation.Multinational experience would be very advantageousExcellent organisational and time management skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to work independentlyWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary of up to £85,000Comprehensive benefits package (details to be confirmed).Opportunity to work for a high growth multinational in CardiffSupportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.If you are a skilled Tax Manager looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.
