You will also lead a team of 7 to 10 dedicated staff members on the sales floor. Collaboration is key, as you'll be part of a larger management team overseeing various stores, necessitating seamless teamwork and operational processes.Ideally, you'll come with a background in retail management, possessing a keen sense of commercial acumen. Your commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and your proactive approach to achieving store performance targets, in line with KPIs, will be invaluable. Given that many team members may hail from concessions and external brands, your expertise in building strong relationships will be highly beneficial.The compensation package for this role includes a salary of up to £36, for the right candidate, along with an extensive benefits package that features an annual bonus amounting to £4,.
