Training Delivery Instructor - Royal Navy Communications Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week HMS Collingwood, Portsmouth Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster by delivering training to military students in External Communication and Cryptographic Maintenance. The purpose of this role is to provide the delivery of Maintenance of External Communications and Cryptographic hardware, to Royal Navy students on their Phase 3 equipment training courses to CIS(T) Maintainers in the WE department.Job title:Training Delivery Instructor (Royal Navy Communications)Job Description: What you'll be doing Delivering training in the maintenance of Royal Navy External Communication systems, in support of the Royal Navy Weapon Engineering (WE) Capability Training Unit.Use performance data and insights to drive continuous improvement across RN WE training, including internal and third-party evaluations.Identify and share best practices to inform quality and improvement initiatives across training establishments.Implement consistent systems and processes to harmonise training delivery across RN locations.Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, while supporting personalised learning journeys and representing WE Training needs to delivery teams.
