This role is expected to run for the rest of the academic year, with the potential for extension.The ideal candidate will have:A thorough understanding of EYFS and KS1 pedagogy, progress measures, and curriculum expectationsA strong track record of driving high-quality teaching and learningProven experience supporting staff development, including coaching, mentoring, and leading teamsThe ability to model and promote excellent behaviour management and a positive school cultureExperience analysing data to raise attainment and close gapsConfidence leading on safeguarding, pupil well-being, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environmentStrong organisational skills to assist in timetabling, strategic planning, and day-to-day operationsThe capacity to communicate effectively with parents, governors, external agencies, and wider stakeholdersThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who can make an immediate and meaningful impact.
