Job description This role will see you providing support to ensure the highest possible standard of client service delivery. Working closely with the Financial Advisers and support staff you will play a key role in providing an all-important, quality sales support function.Your duties will include but will not be limited to: Review fact finds, file notes, client risk profile questionnaires etc. as provided by the Financial Advisers to gain an understanding of the client requirements discussed and agreedUndertake quotes using relevant in-house platforms or request quotes from external providersUndertake the necessary research and analysisCompile suitability reports detailing the recommended advice to suit the client's needs, uploading the report into the system for the Financial Adviser to pick up remotelyDiscuss the reports with the Financial Adviser, amending as necessaryInstruct the IFA Administrator to proceed with preparation of the pack for the clientPre-populate client application forms ready for the Financial Adviser to discuss with the clientRecord, monitor and report on progress, completing the weekly logs to enable the Senior Paraplanner to review work-flow across the teamReport obstacles and deviations from the agreed timescales to the Financial Adviser and IFA Administrator, so that client expectations are appropriately managedEnsure that potential service delivery failures are brought to the attention of the Senior Paraplanner in a timely manner, that resolution is swift and work together to revise process so that the likelihood of repeat errors is lessenedSupport the Treating your Customers Fairly (TCF) initiative For you to be a successful candidate: Financial Planning Diploma qualified (or equivalent professional qualification)Demonstrable paraplanning experienceExperience of, or understanding and a willingness to work with a centralised investment propositionProven ability to work with templated suitability reportsExperience of including additional bespoke explanations for recommendations made outside of the standard templateThe ability to prioritise and juggle workloadExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detailClient confidentialityKnowledge of Microsoft Office software applicationsBenefits: Salary up to £38k2 days home 3 in the officeLearning support and will pay for qualificationsStudy groups5% pension4x DISPMICritical illness coverGroup protection This is a fantastic opportunity for a Diploma Qualified Paraplanner to work in one of the hubs across the UK If you would like further information please apply and we will be in touch.
