This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact across upper KS2, supporting one pupil closely in the mornings and leading small-group intervention work in the afternoons. If you're proactive, nurturing, and ready for a rewarding challenge-this role is for youWhy This Role?A meaningful balance of 1:1 support and group intervention workFull-time, ongoing positionJoin a warm, inclusive academy focused on pupil wellbeingCollaborate with a committed and supportive staff teamResponsibilities:Provide tailored 1:1 support for a Year 5/6 pupil each morningDeliver structured group interventions for five pupils in the afternoonsAssist in creating personalised learning resources and scaffoldsSupport teachers with monitoring, reporting and tracking pupil progressHelp maintain a calm, consistent and positive learning environmentEncourage pupil confidence, independence and positive behaviourCommunicate effectively with staff to ensure joined-up supportContribute to creating a nurturing environment where every child can succeedRequirements:Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationEnhanced DBS (we can support with this)Right to work in the UKA caring, confident and adaptable approach to supporting Primary school pupils
