This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is committed to supporting residents, sustaining tenancies, and ensuring the effective management of rental income.As an Income Officer, you will take responsibility for a defined patch of properties, working closely with customers to prevent arrears, agree realistic repayment plans, and provide early intervention support.
