Domus Recruitment are working closely with non-for-profit organisation in Kent, that are looking for a Home Manager at their 60-bedded residential service in Canterbury.As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the home, leading a team of Care professionals and with a passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to our residents. You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager: Managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals. Ensuring the provision of high-quality care. Overseeing the care staff. Lead by example to further develop the reputation of the home. Requirements: You will have previous experience in a residential setting Strong operational management experience. A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. Longevity in roles is essential. Must have held CQC registration within a similar setting.
