Reporting to the Senior Merchandiser, you will be involved with assisting with tasks to support the merchandising team. Merchandising Admin Responsibilities Raising new purchase orders and processing any necessary amendments to ensure accuracy and alignment with supplier agreements Regularly reviewing the weekly Order Status Reports provided by suppliers, identifying any updates or delays and communicating these changes promptly to the merchandising and QC teams Comparing and validating information received from both customers and suppliers against internal records, identifying discrepancies and making appropriate connections Assisting in the set up and administration of new product listings, ensuring all relevant data, documentation and system entries are completed accurately and on time Producing regular and ad hoc reports for account managers and merchandising to support analysis, decision-making, and performance tracking Responding to customer queries and handling various ad hoc administrative tasks Merchandising Admin Skills and Experience A good communicator Proactive Ability to organise and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Suite Interested in homewares
