This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of skills development, helping shape the next generation of plumbing professionals. Based in Worcester, you will deliver a variety of plumbing qualifications (Levels 1–3) across Apprenticeship and Skills Bootcamp programmes. You’ll play a key role in designing engaging training sessions, supporting learners’ progression, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and assessment. The role offers excellent autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a new business area, making a real difference to learners’ futures. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, practical plumbing training and assessment across Levels 1–3, ensuring sessions are engaging and aligned with curriculum and industry standardsPlan and prepare teaching sessions that cater to different learning styles, combining classroom-based and workshop deliveryProvide individual coaching, mentoring, and learner support, identifying development needs to help apprentices reach their full potentialAssess learners’ knowledge, skills, and behaviours in line with apprenticeship standards and Skills Bootcamp requirements, ensuring accurate evidence mapping and documentationMaintain accurate learner records and reports, ensuring compliance with awarding body, Ofsted, and Skills for England standardsProvide constructive feedback to guide learners to successful qualification completionContribute to continuous improvement, participating in standardisation meetings, curriculum reviews, and sharing best practicePromote a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment, adhering to health and safety requirementsAbout You We are seeking experienced plumbers who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and learner development. Whether you are a qualified trainer or looking to move into education, full training and support will be provided.
