Do you have strong SAP experience, excellent customer communication skills, and the ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a growing engineering support division, providing critical sales support and quotation administration for aftermarket customers. This is a temp-to-perm role with immediate start availability, working within a brand-new office environment with modern facilities and full team support. You'll be responsible for processing and chasing quotations, supporting account managers, handling customer enquiries, and updating SAP and MS Office-based systems. This role is ideal for someone confident, organised, and capable of managing a high volume of administrative tasks with accuracy and a customer-first mindset.The Role:Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, follow-ups, and customer enquiriesUse SAP daily for order entry, updates, pricing, and trackingManage inbound calls and emails, providing professional customer supportCoordinate with internal teams across sales, service, and operationsMaintain accurate documentation and contribute to achieving aftermarket revenue targetsOffice-based in Caldicot during onboarding; hybrid working available once trained The Person:Experienced Sales Administrator with strong administrative accuracy and communication skillsSAP experience is essential (quotation, order processing, pricing, or similar)Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Confident, organised, and able to prioritise workload in a busy team environmentCustomer-focused with excellent telephone mannerAble to commute to Caldicot daily during the initial training period
