Here's what you'll do

Prepareestimates for all production jobs based on customer specifications as receivedfrom Clientele or Customer Service Representatives Ensureinformation needed to build an estimate has been provided and clarify anymissing/incomplete information. Use MIS systemto generate pricing scenarios that best fit the customers' needs and offer thebest price option while keeping quality high Managetelephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills. Managethe management information system, updating it regularly with customerinformation as required.

You will have the chance to work with big-name brands and some of the country's most influential creative agencies. We are looking for someone with estimating experience within the print industry, and ideally a good knowledge of production procedures. This role requires strong organisational skills, of a level to accomplish work by established deadlines and ability to coordinate phases of work to others.
