We require candidates for the Engineering Technician Tutor to have a Mechanical Engineering qualification and have a passion for teaching new learnersCompany Profile: Our client in Stoke on Trent is recruiting for an Engineering Technician Tutor to support with the completion of Engineering qualifications and Apprenticeships. You will be working closely with learners who are looking to undertake their Level 2 and 3 qualifications, where you will mentor and tutor them throughout their courses. We require candidates for the Engineering Technician Tutor to have a Mechanical Engineering qualification and have a passion for teaching new learners. Duties for the Engineering Technician Tutor will include:Support learners with their Level 2 & 3 Engineering qualificationsProvide mentoring and coaching to learnersTrain learners on how to use new machineryComplete both workshop and classroom-based trainingAttend learners’ place of work to assess their learning It would be good to see candidates for the Engineering Technician Tutor role with the following:Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Mechanical Engineering roleExperience working with young people and learnersIdeally, hold a Teaching or Assessor qualificationA driving licence is essentialMust be able to complete an Enhanced DBS certificate Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm Salary: £30,000 Per Annum Brampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
