We're looking a Senior Project Executive role to come and join a thriving team of Project Managers as they who play a crucial role in the planning, coordination and delivery of global integrated marketing and communications campaigns.

This role is working for one of the UK's leading B2B Marketing Communications agencies on global brands within the life sciences and pharmaceuticals arenas. A growing business who prides themselves on providing a great place to work; where hard work and success is rewarded and people feel supported and valued.

As Senior Project Executive, you'll provide clear briefs to colleagues across other teams to ensure projects are fulfilled to the highest standard and that campaign plans are delivered on time and to budget.

This is a fast-paced role where you'll be expected to react to changing client needs and be able to collaborate and communicate across teams to get stuff done and fulfil client needs.

Personal Traits and experience needed

Ideally you'll have some project management experience within a Marketing setting. If you have previously worked within the Creative industry or within a creative team, then all the better.

Previous experience using project management software such as Trello, Synergist and TeamGantt.

Highly organised and able to juggle and prioritise your workload and undertake administrative tasks.

You'll be energetic and proactive with a can-do approach to your work. Someone who prides themselves on being a strong team player and able to communicate well with people across all levels.
