The High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will ideally have experience delivering the Read, Write, Inc phonics scheme. Here, every child is empowered to explore their potential and thrive in an inspiring learning environmentRequirements:The desired High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will: Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification to a Level 3 or above EYP is acceptableHave experience delivering the Read, Write, Inc Phonics schemeHave flexibility, reliability and adaptabilityHave recent experience supporting children aged 5-11Have a good understanding of how children learn and developExperience working in a similar role Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
