This role involves overseeing animal welfare, maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene, and ensuring the optimal environment for poultry production. The position offers opportunities for professional development through a dedicated Agriculture Academy, including further qualifications and training.Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations across broiler farms on a relief basis- Ensure high standards of poultry welfare, biosecurity, and hygiene- Supervise and support farm teams, promoting best practices and safety- Monitor stock performance and health, taking corrective action when required- Follow all company procedures and regulatory requirementsThe Company:A leading UK food producer with a diverse product range including pork, lamb, chicken, and ready meals.
