Artistic Youth Worker Shrewsbury Start Date ASAP Ready to bring your creativity into the classroom? We’re working with a brilliant SEND school in Shrewsbury that’s looking for an Artistic Youth Worker. If you’ve got a background in art, drama, movement, music, or creative therapy, this could be a fantastic way to use your skills to make a real difference.The school offers a calm, structured environment for pupils with autism, SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, and complex learning profiles. Every student has an EHCP, and staff work together to support each child emotionally, socially, and academically.What you’ll be doing:As an Artistic Youth Worker, you’ll use creativity as a tool for connection. You’ll support pupils 1 to 1 and in small groups, helping them express themselves, take part in learning, and build confidence.
